Saint Kitts & Nevis is twin island country in the Caribbean. The capital city is Basseterre on the larger island of Saint Kitts. The economy of the country is mainly based on sugar production, offshore banking and tourism. St. Kitts and Nevis is a member of the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (ECCU) The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) issues a common currency (the East Caribbean dollar) for all member countries. The Government welcomes significant investments in Real estate, shipping, exports and financial sectors and there are provisions in citizenship law offering immediate citizenship to foreign investors.

Qualifying Investments

The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship-by-Investment Program requires applicants to make a significant economic contribution to the country. In exchange, and subject to a stringent application procedure including thorough background checks, the applicants and their families are granted full citizenship.


To qualify for citizenship, the main applicant must be over 18 years of age, meet the application requirements, and select one of the two following options:


  • A non-refundable contribution of USD $150,000 to the Sustainable Growth Fund for a single applicant or a family of up to four (under a limited time offer, valid until 31 December 2021). An additional USD $20,000 applies for each sibling and USD $10,000 for each additional dependent.


  • The purchase of real estate with a minimum value of USD $200,000 (resalable after seven years) or USD $400,000 (resalable after five years) from an approved real estate development.
